The Inspire Ring is water-resistant up to 50 meters (~164 feet), meaning that you can wear it while showering, swimming, or exercising, but we don’t recommend using your Inspire Ring while scuba diving or keeping it submerged underwater for over 12 hours. Chlorine will not damage it.
Inspire Ring operating temperature ranges from -10–52°C / 14–125°F. You can safely wear your Inspire Ring in the shower, hot tubs, saunas, ice baths, and cryotherapy tanks. However, extended exposure to extreme temperatures (below -20°C / -4°F or above 60°C / 140°F) may lead to battery damage.

We recommend you use a Inspire Ring sizing kit before selecting your Inspire Ring size. The kit includes plastic ring sizers corresponding to Inspire Ring sizes, which differ slightly from standard ring sizes (note: half sizes are not available).
For accuracy, wear the sizing ring for at least 24 hours, including while sleeping, before finalizing your size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size for a more secure fit.
